1. Brand Identity
The website www.taziricreation.com is published by Taziri, a design house specializing in custom-made women's clothing. Each creation is designed to reflect a unique and timeless craftsmanship.
2. Products
Our pieces are made exclusively to order, in limited quantities, with a focus on excellence and finish.
The images shown on the website accurately represent the actual products. However, slight variations may occur due to the entirely handcrafted nature of the production process.
3. Order
All orders placed on our site are considered final after payment validation.
A confirmation email summarizing the details of your order will be sent to you.
4. Production and delivery times
As each piece is created on demand, the average production time is 2 to 3 weeks, plus the delivery time depending on the destination:
- France: 3 to 5 business days
- Europe (excluding France): 5 to 10 business days
- Outside Europe: varies by country
These delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on order volume or exceptional circumstances.
5. Price and payment
The prices displayed on the website are indicated in euros, inclusive of taxes (excluding any customs duties for international orders).
Payments are secured through the solutions offered on our website.
6. Customs and taxes
For all international orders, customs duties or local taxes may be applied upon arrival of the package. These charges remain the responsibility of the customer and cannot be covered by Taziri under any circumstances.
7. Returns and exchanges
Each Taziri piece is made exclusively to order and sometimes personalized.
For this reason, no refunds or exchanges can be made once the order has been confirmed.
In the event of a proven defect or error on our part, we undertake to provide a suitable solution, such as a rework or reproduction of the part concerned.
